The Plow Driver/Salter reports directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency of SIM services. Key responsibilities include operating a snowplow and salting equipment to clear and de-ice parking lots, and other designated areas. This position requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.Our One Team Vision:

Operate snowplow truck and salting equipment to clear and de-ice parking lots and other designated areas Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal and salting services Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing and salting activities accordingly Keep accurate records of work performed Collaborate with SIM Area Manager to coordinate snow removal efforts Maintain a strong commitment to safety and follow all safety guidelines and protocols Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills) -Must Haves:
Valid Driver's License Previous experience operating snowplow trucks and salting equipment; 2 years preferred Knowledge of safe snow removal and salting techniques Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting and shoveling snow when necessary Clean driving record and commitment to safety.The Good Stuff:
