Job Overview Assist the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer's defined expectations and/or requirements. Manual product handling is required. A detailed job description is available upon request. Requirements A valid, current and clean (within company standards) Class A CDL driver's license. A current medical examiner's certificate or the ability to obtain a medical examiner's certificate before being hired. Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate. Maintain a clean driving record (within company standards). Ability to run a delivery route in the absence of a driver. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English as to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers. Must pass pre-employment background check, strength test, FMCSA query and drug screen (including THC/cannabis). Ability to bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 pounds, up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart. Ability to work independently or as a team in a productive manner. Ability to get to work on time and complete required work before leaving. Ability to deliver products to the designated customers in the manner that complies with the customer's defined expectations and/or requirements. Ability to complete inventory-taking, reconcile payments received, and perform specific services related to or for the benefit of customers. Ability to do basic math computations and accurately process deliveries. Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process. Ability to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and co-workers. Ability to follow policies and procedures.
