We are an established and expanding Minnesota based company seeking people to join our Sales/Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dependable, and articulate individual with the ability to prioritize and deliver superior customer service. Applicant must possess a valid class D driver's license with a clean record, a Medical Examiner's Certificate (health card), or the ability to obtain one, and be able to pass a pre-hire medical exam w/drug screening.

WORK TYPE

Full time. Generally, Monday through Thursday (4 day week) with the occasional Friday. Most employees work about 45 hours per work. Overtime hours are almost always available.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is full-time (4 day week), and does require some overnights while on routes. Duties will include creating customer orders, filling and rotating product on shelves, and above all else, performing customer service at its highest level. We offer a competitive hourly wage + incentives, health benefits, paid time off, 6 paid holidays, 401k (matching), along with uniform, footwear, and per diem allowances.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be age 25+ to apply based on the insurance policy. Ability to safely drive a straight truck (single axle, 26,000 GVW) with a 20' freezer box. Ability to safely navigate metro areas with above vehicle. Ability to safely operate above vehicle within FMCSA guidelines including use of Electronic Logging Device (ELD). Must be capable of lifting a 45 lb. box. Must be able to move a two wheeled cart up and down stairs while laden with 135 lbs. Willingness to stop and solicit prospective customers along your route. Ability to upsell to existing customers.

OTHER HELPFUL SKILLS

Experience in route sales would be helpful, but not necessary. Class B or higher driver's license may be helpful.
