Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. This role requires excellent driving skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers in need. Weekly pay guarantee plus commission. Candidate must be located near the head quarters in Princeton Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations. Perform load and unload procedures for vehicles with care and precision. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed during towing operations. Maintain the tow truck in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs. Communicate effectively with customers, providing assistance and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Document all towing activities accurately, including vehicle condition upon pickup and drop-off. Skills Proficient in driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission models. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. Ability to operate flatbed tow trucks safely and efficiently. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with customers professionally. Capability to load and unload vehicles securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transport. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
