Job Description

PURPOSE :
To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
JOB SUMMARY
: Operate company truck to deliver clean product to the customer in a timely manner and pick up soiled product from customer locations. Load and unload the trucks with laundry carts. Establish professional relationship with customers and provide quality customer service. Represent the company professionally in appearance, conduct, and performance while at customer locations. Safe operation of company vehicles, including pre and post route inspections. Follow standard vehicle operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Be on time Have excellent attendance Meet established route schedules Have good communication and customer service skills Follow all company safety rules Be able to work well with a diverse workforce Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor Follow all company policies and procedures Possess and maintain a positive attitude Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies Be able to work past the schedule, as production/delivery issues may arise Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
: Cross-train on other routes per department needs Perform equipment moves to service provider for repairs and service as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Be able to sit in a vehicle for several hours per day Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels) Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting, and pulling Valid Class D driver's license Must have clean driving record per company policy Have six months to one-year experience Be available to drive nights and weekends Ability to speak and read the English language Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs up to 10 hours per day Be able to use repetitive arm motions Comprehensive Medical Plan with Prescription Coverage | Dental Plan | Vision Plan | Life Insurance | 401K Program with Company Match | Paid Holidays | Paid Time Off Company Training Program | Tuition Reimbursement Program | Utilize Latest Technologies and Linen Methodologies | Casual Work Environment We have 2 openings for part time Saturday drivers and 1 opening for full time drivers.
