JOB SUMMARY
At HCW Hospitality, transportation is an essential part of the guest experience. As a Trolley Driver, you'll provide safe and reliable transportation for our guests, ensuring they arrive at their destinations on time and with a smile. Your friendly demeanor and driving expertise will help guests feel well cared for during their stay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Trolley Driver, you'll transport guests safely and efficiently. In this role, you will: Provide timely shuttle service to guests, following scheduled routes. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the shuttle vehicle. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transport. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the Branson Landing.
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a safety-focused, guest-oriented driver. To excel in this role, you'll need: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience driving passenger vehicles or shuttles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with HCW Management standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the property. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working (per brand standards). Comply at all times with HCW Management standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Greet guests' in a pleasant manner. Prove information, maps and directions as required. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior. Drive as per scheduled runs. Drive Guests to chose4n destinations. Other duties as required.
