TransAm Schwan's Kansas Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy:

Starting pay rate from $0.60/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty

• We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.
• Weekly guarantee for working full schedule
• Out for 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time.

TransAm Schwan's Kansas Dedicated Truck Driver Job Requirements:

Valid CDL-A Must have at-least 6 months of verified over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience Minimum 21-years-old

Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
