We do not work weekends or overnights! It is important for Ready Mix Drivers to establish daily relationships with our customers built on honesty, loyalty and integrity. Drivers are responsible for delivering concrete to customers on time and accurately. Responsibilities:

Consistently ensure punctuality by verifying schedule start time. Understand that attendance is required each work day. Responsible for filling water tank and draining in cold weather. Verify all delivery tickets and accessories (cure, expansion, plastic, fibers and color if ordered). Responsible for the slump printed on tickets and following loading procedures provided by dispatch in the drivers meeting. Responsible for communicating status to dispatch. Upon site arrival, communicate with customers properly to execute the job. For example, where to back up or pull into and the number of chutes required. Assess conditions of the jobsite to utilize good judgment. Prepare for concrete delivery by reconstituting the load (mixing at high speed for 30 seconds and placing on all necessary chutes). Maintain delivery tickets and document needed information accordingly (amount of water added to product by contractor if requested). Responsible for following required washout procedures upon completion of concrete deliveries. Ensure all associated products are off loaded prior to departure. Provide radio status to dispatcher and safely return to plant. Request further instructions from radio dispatcher after returning to plant.

Additional Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the drivers are not limited to driving. It is the responsibility of the drivers to keep his or her truck clean, accurately complete paper work and help maintain a clean and presentable work environment.

Position Requirements:

CDL Class A or B Airbrake Endorsement Full time positions available today! Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person!

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
