Theo Mason - (810) 642-4219 Are you looking for a local CDL-A driving position with consistent freight and the opportunity to be home every day? We are currently hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in the Lee's Summit and Kansas City, MO area. This position is open to trainee drivers and experienced drivers and offers steady work delivering dry and refrigerated grocery freight. Pay and Compensation Average weekly earnings of approximately $1,100-$1,200 Performance and safety bonus opportunities available Starting mileage pay based on experience $25 short-haul pay for qualifying loads under 50 miles $20 pay for qualifying loads under 110 miles Stop pay opportunities available Trainee pay available at $850 per week Schedule and Home Time Home daily Night shift only Typically a 6-day work week Freight and Equipment No-touch freight Dry and refrigerated grocery freight Reefer and dry van trailers Mostly live unload deliveries Occasional drop-and-hook freight Backhaul opportunities available Some waiting time may occur during pickups or unloading What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned local routes Deliver dry and refrigerated freight safely and on time Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow DOT regulations and safety requirements Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Handle overnight schedules and weekend operations Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL required Trainee drivers are welcome to apply First-seat experienced drivers are encouraged to apply Must be comfortable working overnight shifts Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when required Must meet applicable DOT and hiring requirements Must maintain a safe and responsible driving record Apply Today If you're looking for a local CDL-A driving opportunity with home daily time, consistent freight, and competitive weekly earnings , we'd like to hear from you.
