Steady Work:

40 hours per week with occasional overtime as needed! Hughes can accommodate both full and part time scheduling needs at this time. Part Time positions are less than 30 hours per week and will not include benefits.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old Valid driver's license (Missouri Class E or IL Class D for commercial vehicles) with a clean driving record (no DUI or criminal record.) Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Neat, clean appearance. Friendly personality.

Duties and Responsibilities :

This job involves the responsibility of exchanging mats in commercial properties and businesses. Operate company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries. Help with loading and unloading vehicles. Heavy lifting, walking, bending, and pulling. Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation. Use navigational technology to find and follow optimal routes. Represent the company positively and professionally. Communicate with the service department and customers in a professional, friendly manner. Establish relationships with customers you serve each delivery cycle. Gain a thorough understanding of the local area and the most efficient routes. Help with loading and unloading vehicles - loading mats on a box truck with the help of a forklift. At each stop physically removing the mats from the cart and taking them off the truck. Then, take the dirty mats back to the truck and stack them. Heavy lifting, walking, bending, and pulling. Use of a cart, some mats weigh 50lbs.
