PM Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse office team. This position supports daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory analysis, and assisting drivers during check-in. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry related to warehouse operations and shipments Monitor and assist with inventory tracking and basic inventory analysis Assist with driver check-in and check-out procedures Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff regarding shipment information Maintain organized records and documentation Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Good communication and customer service skills Previous warehouse, logistics, or office experience preferred but not required
Work Environment:
Office setting within a warehouse facility Interaction with drivers and warehouse personnel throughout the day
