Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.Primary Focus:
Safe, dependable, and professional delivery of dispatched loads Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Local End Dump Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely and professionally transporting and delivering materials to customer locations and farm sites while following dispatch instructions and company safety standards. Our drivers are an important part of our operation and are expected to represent the company professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, communication, and dependable service. Schedule Monday through Friday and every other Saturday Some Sundays may be required depending on workload and customer needs, if called in on a Sunday, you will have the following Monday off Local driving with daily dispatch assignments Key Responsibilities Safely operate an end dump truck in accordance with company policies and all applicable DOT regulations. Pick up and deliver loads safely, efficiently, and professionally as assigned by dispatch. Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch regarding load status, delays, job-site conditions, or other concerns. Follow all customer and job-site safety procedures. Use proper judgment when entering, positioning, dumping, and exiting job sites. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate paperwork, load tickets, and other required documentation. Keep assigned equipment clean and presentable. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, dispatchers, and the public. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean MVR Strong communication and time-management skills Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled hours Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with dispatch Professional attitude and customer-service mindset Commitment to safe driving, safe dumping practices, and proper equipment inspections Join us in delivering excellence every day!
