FedEx Delivery Driver | No CDL Required | St. Joseph, MO DSSL Trucking is hiring a full-time delivery driver serving St. Joseph and surrounding areas. This is a fast-paced, physically active position for individuals who enjoy staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in getting the job done right. What We Offer Starting pay:

$185-$230 per day Experienced drivers can earn up to $250 per day Weekly pay Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO/Holiday pay Company-provided uniforms Performance-based bonuses Supportive management team Safety-focused culture Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week Additional workdays available No Sundays Start time: 8:00 AM Most drivers finish around 5:30 PM (once deliveries are completed) What You'll Do Deliver packages to residential and industrial customers Operate company-provided vans, cutaways, and box trucks Load, organize, and manage your route efficiently Work independently while maintaining communication with management Safely deliver packages while providing professional customer service Stay active throughout the day in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Ability to safely lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Delivery experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart, courier services, moving companies, landscaping, construction, warehouse operations, or other physically demanding positions is a plus but not required.
