Job description
  • Operate vehicle and maintain safety following company guidelines and OSHA policy
  • Know DOT rules and regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and equipment
  • Maintain trucks cleanliness and operation
  • Use all safety precautions when setting up on a job site
  • Reads all tickets dispatched for delivery, review site address/location, type of material delivered, and quantity loaded on truck
  • Communicates to dispatch and batch house on delivery status
  • Must report all maintenance issues with vehicle to Plant Manager and on site mechanic
  • Perform other duties assigned by Plant Manager with accordance of union guidelines
