Logistics Driver

• Admiral Signs (Cape Girardeau, MO) Admiral Signs is rapidly growing and seeking a highly experienced Logistics Driver to our Cape Girardeau, Missouri team.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in safe, efficient transport and understands the responsibility of delivering high-quality, custom signage. • Safely driving vehicles to deliver products to customers on time and in good condition
• Loading, organizing, and securing cargo to prevent damage during transit
• Utilizing route mapping tools to plan efficient routes, adjusting for traffic and weather
• Verifying shipment accuracy, collecting signatures, handling invoices, and maintaining delivery logs
• Conduct routine inspections (pre-and-post trips) and reporting maintenance needs to management
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and company safety policies
• Effective communication skills for interacting with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Acting as the final point of contact, provide professional and courteous service What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of sign fabrication or advanced metal fabrication experience
• Strong welding and metalworking abilities—precision and finish quality are essential
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Proven background leading or training others in a shop environment
• Ability to problem-solve, think ahead, and take ownership of the fabrication process
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-moving production shop

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old
• Experience in similar role is preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL

REQUIRED!

)

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items (often 50+ lbs) and work in varying weather conditions
