Jackson, MS 39201 $2,000 to $2,100 weekly pay Dedicated steel loads with planned backhaul freight Assigned Kenworth T680 and 2025 Extreme flatbed $5,000 sign-on bonus available to qualified drivers Stronger Flatbed Earnings With Efficient Freight Movement This dedicated account gives experienced flatbed drivers a consistent freight cycle built around stainless-steel hauling. Outbound customer freight originates near Calvert, Alabama, while planned backhaul opportunities help maintain productive miles and move drivers back toward the next dedicated load. Freight & Securement Drivers haul smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Loads are primarily live loaded and live unloaded, and approximately 75% require tarping. Two lightweight six-foot drop tarps are carried on the trailer along with the straps and winches needed for securement. Return freight can include lumber, insulation, or other flatbed commodities. Backhauls are used to reduce unnecessary empty miles while supporting the account's weekly operating schedule. Equipment for the Job Drivers are assigned newer-model Kenworth T680 tractors and 2025 Extreme 48-foot flatbed trailers. Each trailer is equipped with 12 winches, straps, and two six-foot drop tarps, and drivers remain with the same trailer during the trip. Home Time, Pay & Orientation Home time is every weekend with a 34-hour reset. Pay is $2,000 to $2,100 per week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available to qualified drivers. Paid orientation is held Monday through Thursday at $100 per day. Hotel accommodations, meals, and travel arrangements are provided.
