About the role Begin your commercial driving career in a position tailored for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Meridian, MS area for a paid 4-6 week mentor training program. During this period you will ride with an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day operations of professional trucking, and transition into solo driving upon successful completion. What we offer Paid training throughout the 4-6 week mentor period. Weekly pay of $1,600-$1,800 after completing training. Direct deposit for weekly pay. Full benefits available following the training period. A structured entry pathway for recent CDL A graduates to move from classroom instruction to on-road experience. Practical, on-the-road mentorship to build confidence and experience safely. What you'll be doing Complete a 4-6 week paid mentor training period that covers daily driving routines, hands-on procedures, and preparation for solo driving. Ride and drive with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load securement and cargo handling best practices. Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip/post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations. Gain practical experience with trip planning, communication with dispatch and customers, and in-route decision-making as you progress toward independent driving. What we're looking for Valid CDL A license or imminent graduation from a CDL A program; recent graduates and newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.
