Supervisor Job Summary:
As a Driver with The Powell Company, responsibilities include: Deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Maintain vehicle in excellent operating condition; inform supervisor when repairs are needed; Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve customer complaints Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent attendance and positive attitude Good driving record with no more than 1 speeding ticket Excellent customer service skills Great organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to pass background screening
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times; must be able to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance. Involves frequent climbing into and out of vehicles.
