A FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Pearl, MS terminal . If you're dependable, like to stay moving, and want a position where your effort matters, this is a strong opportunity. About the Team Well-established FedEx Ground contractor Organized operation with clear expectations Supportive team and strong communication Clean, structured work environment What You'll Earn Starting at $125-$150 per day Weekly pay Optional 6th day available Schedule 5 days per week
Start:
8:00 AM (dispatch by 9:00) Most days finish by 5:30 PM What the Job Looks Like Delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout the Pearl, Richland, and downtown Jackson areas Routes include a mix of in-town and rural stops Operating company-provided vans and box trucks Loading and organizing your truck for the day Running a structured route and staying on pace Communicating with dispatch as needed You will be moving throughout the day. The drivers who succeed here are the ones who stay focused, manage their time well, and take responsibility for their route. What We Expect From You Strong work ethic and personal accountability Ability to stay consistent and manage your day independently Reliable communication and follow-through Willingness to work and stay active throughout the day Requirements 21+ years of age Valid driver's license with clean record 1 year driving or delivery experience (within last 3 years) Able to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 150 lbs with equipment) Apply today.
