Public Works Department is accepting applications for a full-time operator/truck driver. Applicants must hold or obtain (within 6 months of hire) a Class A commercial driver's license. Knowledge of running a grader and other heavy equipment is preferable but not required. Starting wage is $48,800+ DOE, with full benefits. The board of county commissioners, under the limitations and restrictions that are prescribed by law, may: (a) (i) lay out, maintain, control, and manage county roads and bridges within the county; (MCA Code 7-14-2101) It is the Sweet Grass County Commission's goal to maintain the roads in Sweet Grass County by prioritizing the roads by usage patterns.
