Non-Union Position Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Join the Copper Ridge Team Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for residents and support facility operations. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with seniors, values exceptional customer service, and takes pride in maintaining a safe transportation experience. Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other scheduled destinations. Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as needed. Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain transportation schedules and trip documentation. Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and facility policies. Assist with additional support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous professional driving experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a safe and respectful manner. Dependable, organized, and safety-focused.
Position Details Full-Time Non-Union Position Pay Range:
