is looking for a donation attendant - could be Full-Time or Part-Time. We offer flexible schedules, an incredible team of coworkers, dedication to our mission and community, and a wonderful place to work. Our work is very physically active - the vast majority of the shift is spent on your feet, walking, pulling/pushing, lifting, bending, twisting, turning. This requires being able to stand/walk/move for hours on end and be able to lift 35 pounds very regularly. This role is constantly outside behind the Thrift Store, moving donations into the buildings - and that means a lot of time being spent outside in hot summer weather or outside in winter weather. Positions operate in a very busy, non-stop environment that can be loud and sometimes chaotic. Candidates must be reliable teammates and have a proven record of excellent attendance at previous jobs. We need people who show up to work on time, be ready to work all scheduled shifts, and can be counted on by their coworkers.
