Join our team and become part of a dedicated family committed to excellent service and growth. Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Dealer Trade Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting dealer trade vehicles and materials between locations, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth operations, supporting warehouse functions, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you thrive in active environments and enjoy driving, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career. This is a PT, as needed position. There is no guarantee of set hours per week.
Wage:
Starting at $150 per delivery. Responsibilities Safely operate a pickup truck, trailer and personal vehicles for dealer trade deliveries Trailer vehicles Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries via mobile devices and maintain detailed logs of routes and deliveries Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage, practicing safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with dealership staff during pickups and drop-offs Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and driving in various traffic conditions Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following manual handling safety standards Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling, hours of service, and safety compliance Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routes efficiently Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Examination Join us in this exciting role where your driving skills will make a real impact!
