Class A Drivers w/Hazmat & Tanker Run Cryogenics Out 21 & Home 7 Blue Fox TR Asheville, NC Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $106,000 a year 10 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Hazmat Endorsement CDL A Dangerous goods Hazardous materials transportation Tanker Endorsement Full Job Description Class A CDL Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has flexible home time and will train you in cryogenics if you do NOT have any experience. You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you MUST have your hazmat and tanker to qualify. First-year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Drivers starting pay is $300/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train a driver after one year you will make an additional $100/Day Drivers will be assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the US. Drivers do not get to pick where they want to run; drivers must agree to run anywhere in the continental US. Drivers will run 21 days and are home for 7. You can stay out longer if you like. When it is time for your home time you will park truck at DC and company will pay for your flight home. Full training provided on cryogenic deliveries at $125/Day at the end of which you will earn a $1000/Sign On Bonus Full benefits kick in after 60 days, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401K, and cell phone reimbursement. Drivers have a one-week orientation. After your orientation you are assigned your truck, and you drive to meet your trainer. Training is shadow training (you drive your truck and the trainer drives their truck - you do not sleep or share a truck). Trucks are not slip-seated; they are 100% assigned to drivers, and they are newer model 579 Peterbilt. Best benefits in the industry and include affordable health, 401K with matching, PTO (you get one full week PTO in your first 52 weeks) and more. Drivers MUST be willing to drive anywhere in the Continental United States no exceptions. You must also be willing to fly to get home for your home time. Lastly You can never have failed a DOT drug test ever - even if you have completed SAP.
Requirements:
One-year verifiable Class A OTR or Regional driving experience in the last 3 years with at least some tanker experience. Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements; those with tanker or cryogenic experience will be expedited. Cannot be SAP - no failed or refused drug test ever. Relatively clean MVR No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years, avoiding job hopping.
