Dedicated Retail Route Weekly Overview & Home Time Route:

Dedicated freight across

NC, VA, MD, and TN Mileage:

Average 2,300 miles/week (~4 loads)

Home Time:

Home 2-3 times per week, including a 34-hour home reset

Dispatch Windows:

Starts between 8:00

AM and Midnight Compensation & Bonuses Annual Earnings:

Up to $55,000 ($1,000

•1,200 weekly avg.)

CPM Rates:

$0.51 to $0.54 (tiered by experience)

Training Pay:

$100/day during initial 1-2 day ride-along

Sign-On Bonus:
$2,500 total paid across your first 6 months:
First Load:

$250 Days 30, 60, 120, & 150: $250 each Day 90: $500 Day 180: $750

Freight, Equipment, & Working Conditions Freight:

100% dry, no-touch freight (90% drop-and-hook, 10% live unload)

Schedule Expectations:

50% night driving; weekends and holidays are normal workdays (excluding Christmas)

Equipment:

Late-model Kenworth, International, and Freightliner tractors
