Job Description

Position Summary The CDL‑A Driver and Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting logistics and inventory mobilization efforts, including movement and observation of product prepared for distribution, and transporting product between local warehouse facilities within a 10‑mile radius. This role requires a valid CDL‑A license to safely operate company vehicles and stage product between sites. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced logistics team.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Mobilization:
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight. Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and materials. Safely transport product between warehouse locations, conducting pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle. Adhere to all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
Dock and Loading Support:
Accurately record all product detail prior to loading on to trucks for distribution. Carefully observe product prior to loading on to trucks for changes in weight or visible issues and alert supervisory staff when needed. Work efficientlyon a loading dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or distribution. Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment. Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe freight handling practices. Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, drivers, and supervisors. Ability to follow detailed instructions with strong attention to accuracy. Initiative-driven, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Licenses & Certifications CDL‑A license required HazMat endorsement required Forklift certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs. Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion. Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments as needed.
