The Utility Driver is responsible for operating a Concrete Mixer Truck, Dump, Tanker, and Quad in compliance with DOT, OSHA and EPA regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by safely providing quality concrete to our customers. Perform all necessary cleaning and driver maintenance of the Mixer and Dump Truck to ensure reliable and on-time operation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Equipment Safely and in Compliance withAll Regulations:
Comply with DOT regulations including Pre-Trip, Post Trip and DVIR (Vehicle Inspection Reporting) requirements. Obey all traffic and safety rules. Deliver Product in aTimely Manner:
Ensure compliance with work instructions while driving a Mixer, Dump, Tanker, and Quad truck when needed.Produce Quality Product During Mixing and Delivery:
Ensure compliance with work instructions. Monitor quality in cooperation with CSC Quality Technicians and other quality inspectors.Perform Driver Maintenance Activities:
Consistently perform maintenance on Mixer Trucks and report issues. Comply with allData Reporting Requirements:
Complete documents accurately and completely as required for internal records, customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Report non-standard conditions.Perform Plant Maintenance Activities:
Per work instructions, perform plant maintenance and housekeeping activities as directed by Plant Managers. Present aProfessional Image:
Consistently provide exceptional customer service, always act professionally and maintain a positive and productive relationship with all customers.What You'll Do:
Safely operate a concrete mixer, Dump, and Tanker trucks in compliance with DOT and company standards Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and inspection reports (DVIR) Deliver high-quality concrete safely and on time Work closely with dispatch, plant teams, and quality personnel Maintain and clean your assigned truck Accurately complete delivery documentation Provide professional, reliable service to customers at every stopRequirements:
High School Diploma / GED CDL A License required with no Manual Restriction 3-5 Years' experience in Class A Driving Preferred Ability to perform physical activities: lifting 75 lbs., maneuvering into and around equipment, walking job sites Demonstrated ability to comply with processes and recommend improvementsPhysical Requirements:
This role is hands-on and active.Drivers must be able to:
