- Select routes are salaried, averaging $75,000
- $130,000 per year
- Sign-on bonuses available up to $6,000
- Some routes may also include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay

Route Details & Equipment:
Full-time local routes, typically 4 days on/3 days off- some locations run 5-day schedules Dispatch/start times vary by location, spanning early morning, afternoon, and overnight Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation Shifts generally run 10
- 14 hours; drivers average 40
- 50 hours per week Drivers typically make 5
- 22 stops per day depending on route All trailers are equipped with lift gates

Position Responsibilities:
Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in complianceAbout QCD:
