CDL A Driver Tabor City, NC 28463 From $20 an hour - Temporary, Full-time From $20 an hour - Temporary, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. Duties Operate dry van Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo transported. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Load and unload cargo as necessary, utilizing forklifts when required. Manage paperwork related to deliveries and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with no restrictions Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on route driving and manual transmission vehicles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
