Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Yard Loader Operator to join our production team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading ingredients on-site, ensuring smooth operations across the yard. Your expertise in operating tractor trailers will help us maintain a productive and safe environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the agriculture community and contribute to the production of livestock feed across the state. Duties Must be able to efficiently navigate tractor trailer units in tight areas. Must be proficient in backing trailers. Manage and organize trailers dropped on the yard to facilitate traffic. Ensure multiple products are unloaded into correct bins without cross contamination. Operate electrical equipment used during the loading/unloading process Will be required to sample and test incoming and outgoing ingredients to comply with company policies. CDL experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work in a dusty environment. Must be comfortable climbing steps and ladders at height on a routine basis. Must be able to repeatedly lift objects that weigh 50+ lbs.
