Job Description
Class A CDL Driver - Home Daily - Waynesville, NC This is not an over-the-road position. You'll be hauling oversized casing from our laydown yard to various locations along the I-40 reconstruction project. The work is repetitive, consistent, and you'll remain on the project throughout the duration of the job. Responsibilities Safely transport oversized casing between the laydown yard and designated project locations. Operate flatbed, extendable flatbed, and pipe trailers. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly secure loads and follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Maintain driver logs and required paperwork. Communicate with dispatch and project personnel throughout the day. What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Professional attitude and commitment to safety. Experience with flatbeds or oversized loads is preferred, but we welcome drivers who are eager to learn and take pride in their work. Schedule Home daily. Typical workdays are 8-10 hours .
