Job Description

Rocktown Transport is seeking a dependable Local Feed Delivery Driver to join our team. This is dedicated, local work delivering feed to poultry farms, operating out of the Wingate mill, with drivers home daily.

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,500 after 45 days

Location:

Marshville, NC (Wingate Mill)

Job Details:

Average weekly gross: $1,312 - $1,688 50-60 hours per week Home daily Delivering 3-5 loads per day Delivery radius within 60 miles of Marshville, NC Pay is per load

Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate a feed truck to transport feed to local poultry farms Load and unload feed using hydraulic feed trailers and related equipment Accurately weigh and credit feed to growers Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records Perform routine inspections and report any equipment defects Ensure equipment meets all DOT standards Represent the company professionally with customers and growers

Equipment:

Late-model tractors and trailers Hydraulic feed trailers with remote operation

Requirements:

Valid CDL A license with a minimum of 2 years verifiable CDLA driving experience Clean driving record with no major violations Ability to drive a manual transmission Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance is required Feed hauling experience preferred, but not required If you're looking for steady local work, reliable pay, and a company that values safety and consistency, we encourage you to apply.
