We specialize in hauling agricultural equipment throughout the United States using flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers . Operate flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers. Properly secure loads using chains, binders, straps, and other approved securement equipment. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers. Complete ELD logs, inspection reports, and required paperwork accurately. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery schedules. Represent Always Transport, LLC in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL (Required) Clean driving record Experience hauling flatbed, step deck, and/or RGN trailers preferred Experience hauling agricultural or oversized equipment preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations and proper load securement Ability to travel regionally and over the road Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical duties required to secure loads Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Oversize load hauling experience Agricultural equipment hauling experience TWIC Card (Preferred, but not required) Mechanical aptitude is a plus Schedule Full-Time Regional and Over-the-Road Routes Home Time Based on Freight and Scheduling If you're looking for a career with a company that values safety, professionalism, and reliability while offering consistent work and weekly pay , apply today!
