Seasonal/Temporary - Through the first week of September Job Summary Express Employment is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Seasonal Harvest Grain Cart Operator to assist with wheat harvest operations. This position will work alongside combine operators to efficiently move harvested grain from the field to waiting trucks. The ideal candidate will have previous tractor operating experience and be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Schedule Approximately 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Hours may vary based on harvest conditions, weather, and operational needs Job Responsibilities Operate a grain cart alongside the combine during harvest Collect wheat from the combine and transport grain to waiting trucks Safely operate tractors and agricultural equipment Assist with efficient field operations during harvest Follow all farm safety procedures and equipment guidelines Maintain reliable attendance and communication throughout the seasonal assignment Qualifications Valid driver's license required Previous tractor operating experience required Farm or agricultural experience preferred but not required Ability to safely operate large farm equipment Must be dependable and willing to work during the busy harvest season Reliable transportation to and from Mekinock, ND required Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods Ability to perform general farm duties as needed #1437LI
