At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture. Summary CHS Sun Prairie in Minot, ND is looking for a Truck Driver/Operations Specialist to join our team! This individual would be responsible for hauling feed to local customers and also helping our with daily operations in our grain elevator or feed warehouse. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL with their air brake endorsement. This is a M-F role with weekends and longer hours as needed during our fall busy season. Join our team in Minot today! Responsibilities Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading. Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment. Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks. Monitor and maintain inventory quality. Deliver products safely and professionally. Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance. Report safety or customer issues promptly. Maintain strong safety culture. Perform other assigned duties Minimum Qualifications (required) 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations Must meet minimum age requirement Ability to read, write and communicate in English Additional Qualifications Maintain a CDL and DOT medical card Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends Air Brake endorsements preferred Valid Class A CDL preferred Agriculture background preferred Customer service experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75 lbs Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs and bins, and into back of trailer Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
