Job Description

Summary:
The MPI Driver/Floater will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of parts and materials needed for MPI customers. Depending on customer demands, this person maybe asked to work on the MPI shop floor doing various jobs including running machines, simple maintenance like sweeping, mowing, snow removal, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the pickup and delivery of parts and materials for MPI Will pickup, receive, verify, load and deliver equipment and materials needed for each job Demonstrate and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and customers Properly complete all paperwork required for each job Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs All other duties assigned

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of DOT shipping requirements Ability to: To work independently and as part of a team Have a Valid Driver's License Obtain a DOT Physical Have a clean driving record Obtain or have a CDL (Nice to have but not necessary)
Physical Requirements:
