Job Description

SUMMARY:
To provide efficient and safe transportation services to eligible patients requiring transportation services.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and/or
RESPONSIBILITLES
include the following : Work requires extensive driving between and around communities, hospitals, and other medical provider facilities. Ability to drive a vehicle in all types of weather and road conditions as endured. Pushing and bending is necessary to assist the disabled patients when transporting to and from destination. Driver will provide efficient and safe transportation services to any eligible patient requiring service. Complete appropriate reports at the end of the workday. Will work any shift assigned. Will keep the vehicles clean inside and out at all times. Ensure the vehicle is stocked with PPE. I.e.: masks, gloves, disinfectants spray, emesis bags, hand sanitizer. Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Similar experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid Driver's License and eligible for tribal insurance. Must maintain a valid driver's license during employment. Must be insurable by Tribal First Insurance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
