Job Description

Job Overview:
Pay
  • 26% of loads We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team.
We are located in Northeast NE and run mostly grain, salt, etc. All Hopper bottoms trailers at this point. We are a relatively small company running 6 trucks currently. We run local and regional and some farther OTR. Some drivers are home every night, some out a couple nights a week and some home every weekend.
Duties:
  • Safely operate and drive various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
  • Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Qualifications:
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
