CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver - OTR H&M Trucking is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Responsibilities Safely operate a

CDL-A CMV

in compliance with FMCSA regulations Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures Pay & Bonuses Drivers average between $2,000 and $2,200 a week Weekly pay Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay

Anniversary Pay:

1-3 years: $850 4-5 years: $1,700 6+ years: $2,550 $225 for major holidays (if out) Equipment & Comfort 3 years old or newer trucks Fully automatic Volvos & Freightliners Fridge, APU, TV mount, 1800W inverter Paid XM Radio New mattress + CB space PrePass Elite Samsara tablet with unlimited streaming Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Term Life Insurance 401(k) with 5% employee contribution + 4% company match
