CDL A Driver - Local Routes Steady Work | Strong Pay | Home After Every Shift Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL A drivers who want reliable, year round work and don't mind getting their hands dirty. If you're looking for a stable role with solid pay, overtime, and full benefits, this could be a great fit. This is local field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It's hands on, physical work — but it's honest, essential, and recession-resistant. And yes… it pays well. What You'll Do
- Operate CDL A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform service work at customer facilities
- Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
- Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
- Work outdoors or industrial environments
- Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates Schedule & Work Environment
- Day shift (required)
- Local routes — no long-haul, no hotels
- Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
- Year round work — no seasonal layoffs What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL A license (Tanker endorsement required)
- Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
- Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
- Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
