$1,000.00 Sign on Bonus Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our team. You will be the face of our company, delivering manufactured block, natural stone, and landscape materials directly to residential and commercial jobsites. This role is perfect for a driver who enjoys daily local routes , physical activity, and a professional retail environment.

Key Responsibilities Safe Delivery:

Transport heavy materials including pavers, retaining wall blocks, and stone to customer locations.

Material Handling:

Operate truck-mounted equipment (e.g., Moffet) or forklifts to unload products safely on uneven terrain.

Load Security:

Ensure all loads are properly balanced and secured using straps, chains, or binders to prevent breakage during transport.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections: report maintenance needs and maintain clean equipment.

Customer Service:

Greet customers professionally, verify order accuracy, and coordinate drop-off points at active jobsites.

Administrative Accuracy:

Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and fuel tickets in compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications Licensing:

Valed Class A or B CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Experience:

2+ years of commercial driving experience is preferred, ideally in construction or building materials.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and navigate outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with GPS, and basic math for verifying manifests.

Endorsements:

Air brake endorsement required; experience with a manual transmissions required.
