Roll-off experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Our fleet is all late models and well maintained. This position is responsible for the transportation, delivery, and removal of large recycling and waste containers throughout the region. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in providing excellent customer service while operating safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks on public roadways, construction sites, commercial properties, and residential locations. Deliver, exchange, and remove open-top and compactor containers at customer sites. Transport materials to disposal, transfer, recycling, and processing facilities. Navigate driveways, parking lots, alleyways, and high-traffic roadways safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report maintenance issues. Utilize GPS and navigation systems to plan efficient routes. Attend required monthly safety meetings and training sessions. Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service.Equipment:
Our fleet consists of newer-model trucks featuring: Automatic transmissions Air conditioning Power windows Automatic tarp systemsRequired Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A or Class B License Current DOT Medical Card Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Clean driving record Familiarity with GPS/navigation systems Knowledge of local roads and surrounding communitiesPhysical Requirements:
Frequently lift and handle objects weighing 50+ pounds Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday Ability to enter and exit the truck multiple times per shiftPreferred Qualities:
