Role:

County 3 Corners is looking for a reliable and versatile Backup CDL Driver/Yard Associate to join our team in Weare, NH! This dual-role position offers a dynamic mix of driving responsibilities and hands-on yard work, making every day different and rewarding. Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries as needed in a backup driving capacity Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory throughout the yard and warehouse Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment and techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs Support yard operations including material handling, inventory counts, and order fulfillment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B) required. We will send the right candidate to school to acquire their CDL-B License Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT compliance standards Prior experience in yard operations, warehousing, or material handling preferred Ability to safely operate forklifts or other yard equipment (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and outdoor yard work in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented attitude
