As a key member of our distribution network, you'll be responsible for safely transporting goods, managing loading and unloading processes, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members alike. Duties Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver food products along designated routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper stacking and securement Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety standards are met before each journey Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products promptly and addressing any client inquiries professionally Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving and deliveries Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving stock, organizing inventory, and supporting loading operations as needed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver or courier vehicles preferred Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route planning and navigation skills Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission capabilities Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving cargo safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments is desirable Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our mission to deliver excellence!
