Full-Time Spectra360 is Hiring CDL Class B Drivers! Spectra360 is currently seeking experienced CDL Class B Delivery Drivers for a premier food-service distribution company located in Eatontown, NJ . This is a Monday-Friday delivery position operating a modern refrigerated box truck and making local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area. Drivers should be comfortable with city driving, multiple daily stops, touch freight, and customer interaction . What You'll Do Operate a large refrigerated box truck safely and professionally Complete approximately 20-30 local delivery stops per day Deliver food-service products to local stores and customer locations Handle approximately 70% touch freight Load/unload and properly handle customer orders Provide professional customer service when interacting with store and facility staff Use a trucking GPS/navigation system to complete routes efficiently Maintain accurate delivery documentation Follow all DOT and company safety requirements Schedule & Pay Monday through Friday Early morning start between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM Work until the assigned route is completed $240 per day Additional overtime paid at a prorated rate Consistent full-time schedule Requirements Valid CDL Class B Driver's License Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience Valid DOT Medical Card Comfortable operating large refrigerated box trucks Comfortable with 20-30 stops per day and touch freight Experience driving in city/local delivery environments Familiarity with trucking GPS/navigation systems; Zebra experience is a plus Strong customer-service and communication skills Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Must be able to complete required criminal background screening and drug screening Must be able to provide a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card Apply Today!
