MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience operating 26ft commercial box trucks.
License:
Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no major violations, DUIs, or reckless driving within the past 36 months.
Medical:
Active DOT Medical Examiner's Card.
Equipment Mastery:
Proficient in operating hydraulic lift gates, manual/electric pallet jacks, e-track load strapping, and cargo securement.
Physical Capability:
Able to push, pull, and maneuver palletized cargo weighing up to 2,000 lbs using a pallet jack. Clearances (Preferred / Pay Premium): Active TWIC Card or TSA STA Clearance is a major plus and qualifies you immediately for top-tier night rate differentials. (We will sponsor TWIC/SeaLink acquisition for top candidates).
