Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become a vital part of our roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles of all types, ensuring prompt and professional service for our customers. Your mechanical knowledge, driving expertise, and customer service skills will drive success as you navigate busy streets and challenging situations with confidence. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery tow trucks, to transport vehicles efficiently and safely Secure vehicles properly using cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks following safety standards Conduct vehicle recovery towing in various scenarios, including accident scenes or breakdowns, with professionalism Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including inbound/outbound documentation and incident reports Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns effectively Experience Familiarity with manual transmissions and basic vehicle troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading procedures on tow trucks Hands-on experience with flatbed tow trucks or vehicle recovery towing operations Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle mechanics for truck drivers and minor mechanical repairs Embark on a rewarding journey where your technical skills meet your passion for helping others!
