Job Summary About the Job We are looking for an experienced and dependable Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong commercial towing experience, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing professional, safe, and reliable service. Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty tow and recovery equipment safely and efficiently Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, winching, and roadside assistance Respond to emergency calls and service requests Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy vehicles and equipment Complete required inspections, paperwork, and service documentation Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, law enforcement, and other roadside personnel Maintain and inspect assigned truck and towing equipment Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations Work in various weather, traffic, and roadside conditions Requirements Valid CDL Class A with appropriate endorsements Clean driving record Previous heavy-duty towing/recovery experience preferred Experience operating heavy-duty wreckers, rotators, or recovery equipment is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in challenging situations Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training Company-provided equipment Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Steady work with a professional team Apply Today If you're an experienced heavy-duty tow operator looking for a stable position with a growing company, we want to hear from you!
