Join the Team at Poo Squad (Dog Waste Technician) Poo Squad is a growing pet service company dedicated to keeping our customers' yards clean, safe, and worry-free. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing the job right every time. Paid time off on certain holidays. What You'll Do Drive a company vehicle along a daily route using the Jobber app for scheduling and navigation Send "on the way" notifications to customers through the app Thoroughly clean dog waste from residential yards (dogs will not be present) Move efficiently—most small yards should take about 7 minutes Ensure all fence gates are securely closed and latched upon entry and exit (this is critical to customer trust and pet safety) Submit a gate report through the app, including a photo confirming the gate is closed Properly bag and dispose of waste in the customer's trash can Repeat service steps across multiple properties daily Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM•4:00 PM No weekends Year-round work (rain, heat, and cold—excluding unsafe conditions like lightning or high winds) What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail—every yard must be left clean and poop-free Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable working independently throughout the day Valid driver's license with a good driving record What We Provide Company vehicle (gas and supplies included) Company uniform, rain gear, and protective shoe covers Structured routes and scheduling through our app A straightforward, active job with clear expectations Pay $16.50•$18.00 per hour, based on performance and reliability Top performers can earn up to $17•18/hour Work Location Start your day from our 08869 location, leave your personal vehicle, and drive the company vehicle for your route If you take pride in doing a job thoroughly, move with purpose, and enjoy being outdoors, this is a great opportunity to join a growing local business that values quality and consistency.
