Job Description
TransForce Inc. is hiring a reliable CDL B Driver to support safe, on-time freight movement for our transportation and logistics clients. In this role, you will operate CDL B commercial vehicles for local and regional routes, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and strictly follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. You will secure and verify freight, maintain accurate logs and paperwork, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. As part of TransForce's safety-focused, professional team, you'll help ensure dependable operations while building a stable driving career in a vital industry. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL B commercial vehicles for local and regional freight transport Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation Ensure timely, accurate pickup and delivery of freight to customer locations Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and policies Secure cargo properly and verify load accuracy and documentation Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members Report vehicle issues, incidents, and maintenance needs promptly Represent Trans Force Inc. with professionalism and strong customer service Required Skills CDL B truck operation Defensive driving DOT and FMCSA compliance Vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Electronic or paper logbook use Freight loading and securing Route planning and navigation Time management for deliveries Basic customer service communication Incident and maintenance reporting
